Billing & Payments

At More Than Meds, we believe healthcare pricing should be straightforward and transparent. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise outlined in your membership agreement.

Traditional Primary Care:
If you are using insurance, your copay is due at the time of your visit. We will bill your insurance according to your plan benefits. We are currently an in-network provider for: -

Membership Options (Direct Primary Care & Specialty Programs):
Members are required to keep a card on file. Your card will be automatically charged according to the terms outlined in your membership agreement. -
Superbills:
If you prefer to seek out-of-network reimbursement, a superbill can be downloaded directly from your secure patient portal once your visit documentation is complete. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your insurance carrier and is not guaranteed. -
Payment Responsibility:

Any services not covered by your insurance plan or not included in your active membership agreement are due in full at the time of service.
